211 Summer of Service 2009
Take time this summer to give back to your community...
Participating in 211 Summer of Service is easy:
1. You need to be entering grade K-12 in the upcoming school year.
2. Register for the Summer of Service by clicking here.
3. Complete 211 minutes (3.5 hours) of volunteer service during your school's scheduled summer vacation.
4. Submit a Service Journal to 2-1-1 Information and Referral Volunteer Center by August 31.
Each student who completes 211 minutes (3.5 hours) of volunteer service will be recognized at the annual 2-1-1 Summer of Service awards ceremony. This is a chance for you to tell your service story, be recognized for all your hard work receive a certificate and prizes.
